Ground orders ship in 1-2 business days.
UPS 2nd Day orders received by 9:00 a.m. PT ship the same day.

Back Orders
Koehler Home Décor does not accept back orders,
if an item purchased is out of stock, your order will be adjusted and you will receive a confirmation email with your adjusted order total promptly.
Address Changes, Order Cancellations and Non-Deliverable Orders
In order to provide excellent service and expedient order processing, we do not accept order changes or cancellations. If an error has occurred in your order and you notify us immediately (within one hour) we will make every attempt to assist in correcting the error. After the order has left the pending queue we cannot assist in any way and a UPS intercept may be required to correct shipping address mistakes.
UPS Intercept Service
UPS Intercept is a fee based service that allows shippers to request the intercept of packages prior to delivery.
You can request that we contact UPS to correct shipping address mistakes.
UPS Intercept Fee $11.00 per box.
One time customer service fee is $4.00.
Not all Intercepts are successful and there is no charge for failed attempts.
If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund is issued less return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Free Drop Shipping
Koehler Home Décor does not charge any
additional fee for drop shipping to your
recipient (regular shipping rates apply).
Fill out your address that matches the applicable credit card as the billing information and your gift recipient or package recipient's address as the ship to information. The email address you furnished us with when ordering will receive a shipment notification including the package tracking number.
Shipping to the Continental United States
Koehler Home Décor offers flat rate shipping rates (including insurance) to the Continental United States via UPS Ground Service.
Orders $2000.00 and up will not calculate shipping charges in your shopping cart, 8% will be added to your merchandise total after check out.

Orders weighing less than 10 pounds ship UPS SurePost
and are delivered by the United States Postal Service.
If your address cannot receive mail via the United States Postal Service, please check no on the UPS SurePost - Verify US Post Office Deliveries (REQUIRED) in checkout.
UPS SurePost shipments include Saturday delivery service.
Please allow an additional day for Post Office tendering.
UPS requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
A signature may be required for delivery.

Rates include shipping, handling, duties and GST. Shipments dispatch weekly on Thursday. Orders must be received by Tuesday, 12:00 p.m. PST in order to ship the same week. Please allow three weeks for delivery. Orders sub-totaling under $74.99 will not calculate the correct shipping costs in the shopping cart; upon processing, your shipping charges will be adjusted to the correct rate as published in the rate table above. Deliveries to Canada are subject to weight restrictions.

International Orders
International Customers Shipping to Approved Freight Forwarders
International clients may order two ways:
Order $1000.00 (merchandise sub-total) and pay by wire transfer. Choose Wire Xfer in checkout, we will email payment details. Wire transfer orders require payment no later than the next business day. Wire transfer orders do not require delivery address approval.
International clients may also pay by credit card and ship to USA and Canada freight forwarders approved by Koehler Home Décor. Your freight forwarders address must be on file with your credit card issuing bank as an authorized alternate shipping address in order to become an approved shipping address. We require an additional day processing time to allow us to confirm your alternate shipping address.
How to Place Freight Forwarder Orders
By default, orders are only accepted from the countries we ship to.Your approved USA/Canada shipping address must be entered in the billing information fields to enable our shopping cart to accept your order. Enter your true billing information in the comments field.
IMPORTANT: To avoid processing delays, be sure to enter your credit card issuing bank’s phone number in the billing information phone field when checking out
A store receipt is provided via email when your order is placed, we do not prepare or email any documents in addition to the store receipt.
