Our wholesale distribution encompasses the United States and Canada and we provide free drop shipping services for online merchants. We provide a cost effective solution for businesses that purchase in small quantities as well as businesses that purchase in bulk. Do not email the number, we must have a physical copy.
Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon only furnish EIN copy.
State law mandates that a sales permit is required to honor California resale orders as non-taxable. By entering your state resale tax number in the checkout process, you are certifying that your order is for resale purposes only and you are assuming responsibility for reporting sales tax to the proper agency. We must have a copy of your state resale tax number or exemption certificate on file. When ordering, you MUST enter your state sales tax number, “exempt” or “on file” in the designated field found on the order form in checkout. If you do not enter your state sales tax number and/or you have not faxed us a copy of your state sales tax permit or exemption certificate, you will be charged sales tax.
States with no sales tax shipping resale products into California require proof of your Federal EIN number to honor your non-taxable sales - applies to Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon.
Foreign purchasers furnish copy of EIN or ITIN.
Amazon FBA Requirements:
Koehler Home Décor ships to Amazon warehouses.
A minimum purchase of $100.00 in merchandise is required.
A maximum of 80% of available merchandise may be purchased.
If you wish to supply pre-paid labels you must order by the case quantity.
To verify stock availability, case quantity and weight please refer to the Inventory List (Stock Count) located in the Wholesale Resource Center.
After creating your shipping label to determine where Amazon will be routing your inventory, place your order online.
Directly after placing your order, email your shipping label and item labels. If you use Amazon item labeling service, email your shipping label only and please advise us your item labels will be created by Amazon.
If you do not wish to supply pre-paid labels, we can ship directly to your FBA warehouse for the shipping amount charged when you placed your order. Ordering case quantity is not required.
Each Unit you send to Amazon for fulfillment needs a unique scannable bar code to enable storage at a fulfillment center. We support 30 labels per page (1” x 2 5/8” on US Letter). Item Label Requirements

International clients may ship to US/Canada freight forwarders of their choice provided their freight forwarder is an approved alternate delivery address on file with their credit card bank. Koehler Home Décor will not deliver merchandise to any other delivery address. We require an additional day processing time to allow us to confirm your alternate freight forwarder shipping address.
How to Place Freight Forwarder Orders
By default, orders are only accepted from the countries we ship to. Your approved USA/Canada shipping address must be entered in the billing information fields to enable our shopping cart to accept your order. Enter your true billing information in the comments field.
IMPORTANT: To avoid processing delays, be sure to enter your credit card issuing bank’s phone number in the billing information phone field when checking out.
A store receipt is provided via email when your order is placed, we do not prepare or email any documents in addition to the store receipt.
The minimum purchase to pay by wire transfer is $1000.00 (merchandise sub-total). Choose Wire Xfer in checkout, we will email payment details. Wire transfer orders require payment no later than the next business day. Wire transfer orders do not require delivery address approval.
